Greenfield Park allows residents aged 50 and over.

Children are permitted to visit the site but only for short stay holidays and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are permitted within reason and at the parks discretion and must be kept on a lead or within resident’s property at all times.

Multiple vehicles are permitted as long as they fit within resident’s driveway and/or garage.
