Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be kenneled outside.

All vehicles must be kept on your own driveway, if needed visitors can use the visitor car park.

Children may visit and stay over on the park in your own property. No children are permitted to stay on the park permanently.

No ball games of any kind are permitted on the park.

All residents are responsible for there own property and surrounding area keeping clean and tidy. Any mess on there area must be cleaned up by the resident.

All residents must be aged 50 and over.

Speed limit on the park is 5 mph.

All sheds, outbuildings and covered storage must be non-combustible and comply with fire regulations.

No littering of any kind is allowed on the park.

All properties bought and sold on park, park owner must be informed at least 14 days prior to transaction by both parties.

Any fences erected on park are the owners responsibility, if needing to repair pipes or ground underneath it is the responsibility of the house owner to move at their cost.

No commercial vehicles, caravans or motorhomes are permitted on the park without the park owners permission.
